90-Minute Prenatal Massage

Service Description

Ninety minutes of dedicated prenatal bodywork, combining therapeutic massage and manual lymphatic drainage tailored to where you are in your pregnancy. The extra time allows me to thoroughly address the lower back and hip pain, sciatica, swelling, and full-body tension that accumulate as your body changes, without rushing through any of it. The lymphatic drainage component is especially important during pregnancy, when your blood volume increases by nearly 50% and your body is managing significantly more fluid. This session gives me the time to address both the muscular tension and the fluid retention in one unhurried treatment.
