Membership at Firm and Flourish

Your body does better with consistency. We make consistency easier.

Massage, manual lymphatic drainage, and bodywork all produce better results when they're regular. Your lymphatic system learns to maintain better fluid balance. Your jaw tension unwinds more completely. Chronic pain patterns release in layers over time instead of all at once. Consistent sessions mean I can build on the work from your last visit instead of starting over every time.

Membership at Firm and Flourish rewards that consistency with lower per-session pricing, the flexibility to use your sessions on any service, and the simple structure of knowing your appointment is already part of your month.

Here is what that looks like in practice.:

Your membership covers any service in your chosen session length, so the buccal work that is normally $200 is yours at your member rate. And I do not wait for you to remember to book. When your membership renews each month, I reach out to get your sessions on the calendar, and if a week is filling up before you have your spot, I will contact you to make sure you get in. Your scheduling is something I pay attention to, not something I leave to chance.

That is the real difference between this membership and a gym membership. A gym takes your money and never notices whether you show up. We are working toward something together, whether that is healing after surgery, managing a chronic condition, supporting your hormones and fertility, recovering after birth, or simply staying well. The Flourish Membership

For clients who come regularly and want to save on any service we offer. Your choice of ANY service in your chosen session length: book buccal this month, MLD next month, fertility or customized the month after. 60-Minute Plans: Monthly (1x/month): $160/month ($160 per session) Biweekly (2x/month): $305/month ($152.50 per session) Weekly (4x/month): $575/month ($143.75 per session) 90-Minute Plans: Monthly (1x/month): $190/month ($190 per session) Biweekly (2x/month): $365/month ($182.50 per session) Weekly (4x/month): $695/month ($173.75 per session) As a member, you can upgrade one session per month to the 120-Minute Buccal and Lymphatic Protocol at the member rate of $315, 20% off the $395 standard rate. Subject to availability. 10% off additional sessions (15% for weekly members). Sessions roll over. Gift unused sessions to a friend or family member. Pause up to 2 months per year. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees. This isn't a gym contract.

The Bloom Membership is designed for women whose bodies are doing some of the hardest work they'll ever do, whether you're navigating fertility treatment, managing hormonal imbalances, growing a baby, or recovering from birth. Bloom stays with you through the entire journey at a reduced rate, because we know what IVF costs, what new parenthood costs, and what it means to need consistent care when your budget is already stretched. 60-Minute Plans: Monthly $140 | Biweekly $265 ($132.50/session) | Weekly $495 ($123.75/session) 90-Minute Plans: Monthly $175 | Biweekly $335 ($167.50/session) | Weekly $635 ($158.75/session) All Flourish benefits apply. The Roots Membership

For the people who take care of everyone else. Teachers, healthcare workers, veterinary professionals, mental health professionals, police officers, firefighters, EMTs, social workers, and military veterans receive 15% off any service or any membership. Always. No expiration. No application. No income verification. Just let me know at booking or mention it at your session. I trust you. First time?
