Pull up the driveway, park anywhere (there's plenty of room to turn around), and head to the glass sliding doors at the front. Your session starts the moment you step out of your car and hear the quiet.

Whatever you're comfortable in. You'll undress to your comfort level and be draped with a sheet throughout the session. I only uncover the area I'm actively working on.
It's intense but not painful. Working inside the mouth feels unusual the first time. Most people are surprised by how much tension they're holding in there. I always check in with you, and you're in control of the pressure.
I'm a licensed massage therapist with over 12 years of clinical experience and 1,000+ hours of specialized training. This isn't a relaxation-only environment, though you will relax. I work with specific conditions, from TMJ and post-surgical recovery to chronic illness and lymphedema. Think of it as therapeutic bodywork in a setting that happens to feel peaceful.
It depends on why you're here. Post-surgical clients often start with weekly sessions. Clients managing chronic conditions or TMJ might come every two weeks. For general wellness and maintenance, monthly works well for most people. I'll recommend a plan based on what your body needs.
I don't bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill (receipt with the appropriate codes) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many HSA and FSA accounts also cover massage therapy with a referral from your doctor.
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Yes — I offer prenatal massage throughout pregnancy, as long as your provider has cleared you. I also offer postpartum massage for new moms. Both sessions are tailored to your body's specific needs at that stage.
More than okay. I work with first-time clients all the time. I'll walk you through everything before we start : what to expect, how the draping works, how to communicate during the session. Your comfort comes first, always.
