Service Description

Ninety minutes of postpartum recovery bodywork, combining therapeutic massage and manual lymphatic drainage adapted to your stage of healing. The extra time means I can address everything your body is dealing with after delivery: the upper back and neck tension from feeding, the lower back strain, the hormonal fluid shifts, the abdominal soreness, and the full-body exhaustion that comes with caring for a newborn. For C-section moms, I work around the incision site and focus on managing swelling, compensatory tension patterns, and helping your body process the dramatic fluid changes that happen after delivery. The lymphatic drainage component is especially valuable postpartum, when your body is processing significant hormonal and fluid shifts.
