Postpartum massage is designed to support your recovery in those early weeks and months after birth — when everything feels different and your body is working to find its new normal. Each session blends therapeutic massage with manual lymphatic drainage as needed, addressing the specific changes your body is going through: swelling, muscle tension from feeding and holding, hormonal shifts, sleep deprivation, and the deep fatigue that comes with caring for a newborn. Whether you're healing from a vaginal birth or a cesarean, dealing with fluid retention, or just desperately need an hour where someone takes care of you — this is your time. Located in Kinnelon, NJ, serving Morris County and surrounding areas.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is collected at booking and applied to your session balance. I ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. With that notice, your deposit transfers to a new appointment. For cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows, the deposit is forfeited. Illness and genuine emergencies are always honored, just reach out and let me know.
