60-Minute Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage

Service Description

Surgery is trauma — even when it's planned, even when it goes perfectly. Your body responds with swelling, bruising, fluid retention, and inflammation. That's your lymphatic system doing its job. But after surgery, it often can't keep up on its own. Post-surgical manual lymphatic drainage helps your body process the excess fluid that accumulates after procedures like liposuction, tummy tucks, facelifts, breast surgery, joint replacements, and C-sections. The work is extremely gentle — feather-light pressure that moves fluid through your lymphatic pathways and into your lymph nodes, where your body can filter and eliminate it. Most clients notice a visible difference in swelling after their first session. I work closely with your surgical team's recovery timeline. Sessions can begin as early as a few days post-op (with physician clearance) and are tailored to your specific procedure, your stage of healing, and what your body needs that day. I also provide guidance on compression, self-care between sessions, and what to expect as you recover.
