I combine manual lymphatic drainage with therapeutic massage and customized essential oil blends chosen for your specific hormonal needs. The lymphatic work helps your body process and eliminate excess hormones more efficiently, reduces the bloating and fluid retention that often accompany hormonal imbalances, and supports your endocrine system’s natural function. The essential oils aren’t decorative — they’re selected based on what your body is going through and what it needs support with.
